What an informative video. I have had an issue with kidney stone for three years now and have had one surgery because of them. My doctor won't seem to give me a straight answer when I have ask "what is causing my kidney stones?" So I went in search of an answer for myself. Just watched this video to check my habbit before and how I laugh now because before I was thinking that quitting to smoke is hard, but promise it is not. I did the cold turkey and it really helped me.
